By accessing or using CS2Cap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CS2Cap provides market data aggregation, price tracking, and analytics services for Counter-Strike 2 virtual items. The Service collects and displays pricing information from various third-party marketplaces. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions between users and these marketplaces.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. You agree not to:

• Exceed your allocated rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute API data without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely market data, CS2Cap makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays, errors, or omissions. You acknowledge that trading decisions based on our data are made at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CS2Cap and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS2Cap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
